I offer individual sessions (virtual or in person) to help you learn more about yourself and the world of work out there, explore educational options and find the perfect fit. I use various assessments when needed (mostly for high school students), but my main tools are narrative counselling (I listen to your story!), career mapping (no drawing skills required!) and Solution-Focused Brief Coaching (yes, the goal is to get specific results!) My goal is to help you in 1-3 sessions identify your strengths and interests, help you discover your options and guide you in mapping the path to your ideal future career!

For the convenience of my clients, I offer both in-person and online sessions:

In-person sessions are offered in either my location (Aurora, ON) or your location (York region only). Online sessions are conducted through Zoom from anywhere in Canada or oversees.
