I offer individual sessions (virtual or in person) to help you learn more about yourself and the world of work out there, explore educational options and find the perfect fit. I use various assessments when needed, but my main tools are narrative counselling (I listen to your story!), career mapping (no drawing skills required!) and Solution-Focused Brief Coaching (yes, the goal is to get specific results!) My goal is to help you in 1-3 sessions identify your strengths and interests, help you discover your options and guide you in mapping the path to your ideal future career!

Career Counselling – Explore your interests and strength, career options and pathways to get to there
Educational advising – University/college program exploration, Supplementary application preparation, Letters of intent , Statement of Purpose (SOP) and other documents (review and advice)
Job search help – resumes, interview preparation, job search advice
For the convenience of my clients, I offer both in-person and online sessions:
In-person sessions are offered in Aurora, ON. Online sessions are conducted through Google meet and you can join from anywhere in Canada or oversees.
